A large government agency is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an SAP Analyst. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Finance, and various programs, to optimize their SAP system for maximum efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- ** SAP FI Knowledge**:You understand the intricacies of SAP Financials.
- ** Accounting Background**:Ideally, you have some accounting knowledge.
- ** Project Systems**: Familiarity with project systems is a plus.
- ** Effective Communication**:You can communicate effectively with customers.
- ** Adaptable**:You’re comfortable handling day-to-day tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Timesheet Entry**:Accurate and timely recording of work hours.
- ** RNIP Project Creation**: Setting up new projects within SAP.
- ** RNIP Budget Loading**: Managing project budgets.
- ** AR Issues and Questions**:Addressing accounts receivable queries.
- ** AL11 Errors - REX and Payroll**: Troubleshooting system errors.
- ** EBS and Reporting**:Handling older tickets related to EBS and reporting.
- ** Staff Training in SAP**: Possibly providing training sessions.
- ** MAXIMO/SAP Issues**: Resolving open purchase order issues and closing SAP projects.
- ** Month-End Support**: Assisting with settlements, journal errors, and data analysis.
