Infrastructure and Digital Assets (IDA) provide a range of services to support the delivery of Corrections' core business and ensure we can maintain consistent service delivery regardless of external events and crises. The group comprises four key areas: Asset Management, Procurement, Public Private Partnerships and Digital.
We have an exciting and transformational plan ahead designed to modernise our infrastructure and technology platform, delivering life changing digital technology for the people we manage and our staff.
Mō te tūnga | About the role
We are looking for an experienced SAP System Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our SAP S4 Hana system, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to end-users as well as:

- Monitor and maintain SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution.
- Provide support to end-users, including answering questions and resolving issues.
- Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new SAP system features and functionality.
- Document system configurations and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Define business and system build requirements in conjunction with business users and SAP Functional Consultant.

If you are SAP System Support Specialist who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a track record of success in supporting complex SAP systems, we would love to hear from you.

**We are looking also for**:

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in SAP system support or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SAP Finance modules, knowledge of database management systems, and conversant with standard configuration for FICO modules
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree (Management or Information Technology qualification(s) is preferred
