- SAP Support Analyst HCM x2
- SAP Support Analyst Manufacturing
- SAP Support Analyst Data Analytics and Insights (BW)

**Purpose of this role**:

- Provide any day-to-day support for the SAP module or related modules
- Ensure that documentation that supports the ongoing support of the modules you are supporting is thorough and kept up to date
- Manage the full development life cycle of small technical changes including requirements gathering, specification writing, liaising with on-shore and off-shore development teams, system integration testing (SIT), supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), training documentation and delivery of the changes as required
- Manage relationships with internal parties to deliver optimal outcomes in a timely and efficient manner

**What you will do**:

- Work with the business to develop small-scale business process improvement and IT solutions that assist the business to be more productive and effective. This also entails supporting any changes or new requirements from the business.
- Provide BAU support to the business
- Develop and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with people within the business

**What you need**:

- Tertiary qualification is beneficial, preferably in an IT-related or business discipline
- Exposure to FMCG and business processes are beneficial
- An analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving ability will set you apart
- Legal working rights within New Zealand
