This role will own, develop, and lead the group data, analytics and reporting platform services for Ryman. Key responsibilities include: - Leading the data team and promoting a positive culture and a high performing team. - Establishing an appropriate strategy for the development and expansion of our data platforms - Developing and maintaining a roadmap for deliverables spanning platform services, reporting and machine learning initiatives. - Designing and implementing a best-in-class architecture for data services and warehousing. - Ensuring business insights and reporting services are reliable, accurate, easy to interpret, and available at all times **What's in it for you?** At Ryman we have ambitions to lead the industry at a global level.
