An enterprise organisation with millions of products consumed by the world at large is on the lookout for a Warehouse Management Systems Chapter Lead to help refine their practices and influence efficiencies.

With an existing crew of 11 team members, you'll work to refine their craft and share knowledge on best practices, helping to set standards. Your role will be to bring them all together into a finely tuned team, while also having hands-on technical input.

If you're a very experienced WMS or SCM specialist looking to shift gear and take on a lead role, this might be for you.

**In this role you'll**:

- Lead software engineers within scrum teams to deliver high-profile customer facing WMS software, serving a global user base
- Coach and nurture Software Developers to become high performers
- Drive the build of the solution via code changes, scripts and finely-tuned configurations
- **Software engineering part includes**:

- Translating design documents into a WMS changes
- Design, analyze, develop and deliver software enhancements and/or new products
- Software installation, configuration, conducting POCs setup and maintenance of production platform

**To succeed in this role, you'll need these skills/background**:

- Ideally, experience with any major WMS (Manhattan, BlueYonder/DLX, Reflex, SAP eWM, Korber etc)
- Alternatively, experience with any of the major SCM systems
- Team lead experience and a passion for building and coaching teams
- Experience working with Agile teams
- Experience in major programming languages (Java, C/C++, PL/SQL etc)
- Database concepts and experience (Oracle, PL/SQL etc)
