**HRIS Manager**:
The HRIS Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This includes the design, implementation, and maintenance of the HRIS, as well as the provision of support to users of the system. The HRIS Manager will also work with other departments to ensure that the HRIS is integrated with other business systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain the HRIS
- Provide support to users of the HRIS
- Stakeholder alignment and management
- Work with other departments to ensure that the HRIS is integrated with other business systems
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the HRIS
- Manage small team who is responsible for day-to-day operations of the HRIS and implementation of new features.
- Analyze data from the HRIS to improve HR processes
- Work with vendor for HRIS implementation of new modules and features
- Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of the HRIS

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations
- Implementing HR operations process and procedure improvements
- Experience managing a small team
- Experience project managing stakeholders for software system implementation or improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
- Able to work 3 days in the office
