**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
Our AskHR Team Leader role is a great opportunity for a person pursuing a career pathway to a HR Manager role. AskHR is part of our People and Culture function, working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across the Waikato District and beyond, and externally. They deliver core People and Culture transactions in our HRIS, coordination and compliance activities (we are on a journey to enabling and automating those) and first-level HR advice to our workforce. The team works with Recruitment, Payroll, Business Partners and our highly skilled and passionate workforce. They also work with our Union partners and other external stakeholders.
