**About the role**

As an HR Assistant you will provide HR administration support across the entire business, giving you exposure to all elements of HR including recruitment and selection, induction and training, employment relations, staff communications, and health and safety processes. Working alongside the HR Manager and HR Business Partner, this is a varied, exciting role with plenty of scope to further develop yourself as a generalist HR practitioner.

You will also;
- Assist with planning and executing staff engagement and wellness activities
- Provide timely and accurate regular reporting
- Ensure all HRIS information is kept up to date and accurate

This is a Full Time opportunity, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.

**About you**

It'll be your winning attitude and excellent customer service skills which will make you a great fit for SkyCity.

Your fabulous organisation, strong attention to detail, excellent Excel skills, and exceptional problem solving ability will be relied on by the team. Ideally you will have some HR experience and prior experience using PeopleSoft in an HR capacity will be a distinct advantage.

To be successful in this role, you will also;
- Have fantastic interpersonal skills and be a confident and clear communicator
- Be well presented with a high level of professionalism
- Be full of initiative and able to quickly establish effective working relationships
- Be able to show discretion when required and have a high regard for confidentiality
- Be 20 years old or over due to licensing requirements to access the Gaming Floor.
