Fantastic opportunity to get a foot in the door in the events space In this exciting role you would be responsible for the planning, promotion, execution and documentation of corporate events. This is a fast paced and varied role with tight deadlines and new challenges each day. From logistics, health and safety, procuring services from suppliers, liaising with guests and sponsors and coordinating key speakers, no two days will be the same.

This roles require someone who is proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. These roles will also require you to have great attention to detail with the ability to multitask across a range of events at any given period. You will develop professional relationships with stakeholders and clearly communicate to manage expectations.

Duties include:

- Coordination of Event delivery, including organisation of venue, catering, equipment, technology etc.
- Coordination of speakers, including organisation of travel where necessary
- Ensuring sponsor presence at events
- Formatting papers, presentations and promotional material
- Liaising with stakeholders to confirm event details
- Responding to customer queries within an appropriate timeframe
- Managing all event registrations

You will need to have:

- Experience in organising/coordinating events
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven relationship-building skills
- Strong MS office skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
