- Contributing to development of strategies, policies and standards for managing information and records management in the organisation
- Analysing, improving and implementing business taxonomies for AT's document management systems to achieve compliance with the Public Records Act 2005
- Analysing, monitoring and reporting on the usage of AT's document management systems by staff and managers
AT uses cutting edge autoclassification tools to manage its digital information. As you can imagine, with a company the size of AT, there is a lot of digital information to manage.
**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
Tertiary qualified with Bachelors Degree in Information and Records Management you will bring previous proven experience in an Information & Records Management role as well as experience with MS Document Management systems/ Ontology/business taxonomy.
With excellent communication skill, you are accustomed to articulating technical terminology into layman's language. You will have high technical literacy and analytical skills. Your attention to detail will be impeccable and you will bring a strong focus on quality and customer service
