Accounts Payables Administrator

**The Company**
My client operates within the manufacturing, transport, and freight industry with a fast-growing operation in Auckland. They have a strong presence within Australasia and have been in operation within New Zealand for the last few decades. They are looking for a part-time Accounts Payable/Receptionist to work closely with the Assistant Accountant in handling the NZ operation. This is a contract role with long-term potential and development.
**The Role**
The role of the Accounts Payables officer is varied, and you will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager in a small-knit team of 5. You will be someone who is multi-faceted with strong customer service skills as you will also cover the reception desk.
Your key responsibilities will include:
**Duties**
- High volume inputting of invoices into NetSuite
- Coding of invoices and matching of PO's
- Liasing with the wider business for approvals and queries
- Batching weekly, monthly and 20th payment runs
- Supplier reconciliations
- Office administration such as dealing with clients face to face, answering calls and dealing with queries
- Ad hoc duties as required
**Skills & Experience**
You will be detail orientated and timeline driven with superior communication skills, and you must enjoy working in a small office where you can be an integral member of the team.

- Commercial experience in processing of Accounts Payables
- Experience working on a small to medium sized ERP
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- A team player who takes initiative
