In this role, you will support the delivery of effective H&S advice across our office and sales teams and Injury Management across wider Ryman teams. You will also provide administrative support to our HR teams, as well as supporting on a range of existing and green field projects. Key responsibilities include: - Processing H&S queries and incidents - Monitoring our HR and H&S inboxes and responding to any queries in a timely fashion - Monitoring and providing support on H&S systems and processes, as well as preparing regular and ad-hoc reports - Supporting with injury management across our NZ and Melbourne teams by monitoring our Accredited Employers Programme (NZ) and Workcover Insurance Programme (Australia) - Working on a range of exciting H&S projects and supporting wider People team projects where required **What's in it for you?** At Ryman we have ambitions to lead the industry at a global level.
