**Te Tūranga /About the Role**:
As Health & Safety Advisor, you will embed best practice across the site, including incident learning, risk assessments, system management, supporting Health & Safety Representatives, education initiatives, and reporting to site management. Acting as the key link between our corporate health and safety team and the site, you’ll ensure strong communication and collaboration to drive positive change.

This role is vital to maintaining compliance with current legislation while fostering a culture of health, safety, and wellbeing for everyone at Silver Fern Farms Belfast. Success will require excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build trusted relationships, and the confidence to influence and lead effectively.

** Ōu Pūkenga /About You**:

- Tertiary qualification in H&S (or a related field)
- 2-3 years of practical experience in the field
- Can lead and promote a health and safety focused culture across site.
- Can provide leadership and advice to site management and staff in relation to H&S matters.
- Strong training capability and ability to develop resources
- Ability to engage with people at all levels, to empower others and willingness to learn and develop personally
- Commercial acumen
- Computer literacy - proficiency in the use of Microsoft (Word, Excel), databases and systems
