With the ability to work from anywhere in New Zealand, servicing our global client base, this role will report directly to the Chief Product Officer, while working closely with the implementation, customer success, product and engineering teams. You’ll have a great variety of work inherent to working in a hyper-growth business with global ambition.

You’ll be great for this role if you have a BA background and extensive experience in using BPMN software. An extensive engineering background is not essential but strong technical skills, and ability to be conversant in C#, Java and API methodologies will be required.

HQ is located in Tauranga however, this position can be based anywhere in New Zealand.

**Duties include**:

- Working with customer facing teams to interpret customer requirements and translate them into practical process models
- Technical implementation of these models using process automation software
- Strong project management skills and ability to give accurate estimates while managing tight time and resource allocations
- Consult with channel enablement team as they build out best practices and documentation for 3rd party partners who will also be building workflows for our customers using the same toolkit
- Work with 3rd party consultants to help them be successful as we scale our partner channel

**Requirements**:

- 7+ in business analyst (or similar) role
- Industry certifications in BPMN (BPM 2.0 or similar)
- 5+ years experience using BPMN software
- Someone who is highly organised with the ability to work within set deadlines
- Experience working in SaaS preferred
- Willing to work in a dynamic environment, where org structure, responsibilities and priorities shift week to week, quarter to quarter.
