Programme Coordinator

The position requires that you will be able to have strong communication skills, a reasonable level of physical fitness, good time management skills, previous experience supervising children using behaviour management techniques, a proven ability to think on the go, a confidence to take control of difficult situations, and an ability to be trained and grasp the use of basic computer systems.
The remuneration will be between $29.66 and $32.00 per hour dependent upon experience and skill level and the ability of the applicant to demonstrate the required attributes. We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week within the business’ normal hours of operation. The Employer may offer you additional hours from time to time.
- Work as the Programme Supervisor on OSCAR Programmes
- Ensure all planned activities are for the enjoyment and safety of the children on the programmes
- Co-ordinate the purchase of all materials needed for the daily running of the programmes
- Ensure an activity planner is completed four weeks’ prior for each holiday programme period and weekly in advance for term time.
- Ensure the staff roster is completed and distributed to all staff one week in advance
- Co-ordinate with staff any roster changes
- Responsible for the enrolment process (dealing with customer’s enquiries, supplying enrolment forms, booking children into the programmes and sending out confirmations)
- Responsible for producing attendance forms and reconciling attendance accurately
- Along with Programme Director, recruit and manage programme staff
- Administer invoices using Kelly Club systems
- Record all payments using Kelly Club systems
- Manage customer accounts to an acceptable level
- Take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure their safety while at work. This means they must ensure that no action or inaction that they take, whilst at work, causes harm to any other person, in accordance with the Health and Safety at work Act 2015.
- Comply with all written Rules and follow all Programme Policies and Procedures.
**Experience**:
At least six months of relevant work experience.
**Qualifications**:
A bachelor degree or any relevant qualification (desirable but not required)
