**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

We have an exciting, newly created **12 month secondment opportunity** for a talented individual to join us in Auckland, as a Programme Delivery Manager, to support the bank's change management programmes and ongoing programmes of work focusing on delivering operational efficiency.

We spoke with the Head of Performance & Service Delivery, who let us know the following about the role:
**What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?**
- Understand relevant business problems and opportunities by recommending solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals.
- Deliver sustainable change initiatives through processes, policies, and information systems to ensure ideas are executed and maintained to meet the business needs.
- Source and clean data to be presented. Ensure any reporting/updates required for key stakeholders are completed in a timely manner.
- When required, co-ordinate and support change management activities, including reviewing/developing end user documentation (communication and training material) to support efficient and effective use of delivery objectives.
- Responsible for the task management of assigned staff across the projects within the programme to deliver projects within agreed timeframes.

**What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?**

We are looking for someone who is motivated and enjoys delivering change to the business and our customers. Additionally, someone that likes to use data and insights, along with frontline experience, to remove pain points and deliver operational efficiency.

Ideally, you will have experience in representing the business at change forums and leading change out to frontline staff, along with good stakeholder management experience, and proven competency in influencing without authority.

To be successful in the role, you will also have good CRM understanding and knowledge, as well as good knowledge of BNZ systems and tasks, with an open mind as to how these tasks can improved through process efficiency.
