As a Business Development Representative,** **you will be focused on winning over new clients but also looking for opportunities to add value to both their business and ours.

**This role is Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm at our Penrose Branch.**

You will be able to juggle several tasks at once and have an excellent phone manner, as this role is** telephone-based.** You will confidently demonstrate a positive and professional image over the phone and online, be a skilled communicator, and use your creativity and innovation to provide solutions to meet customer and business needs.

**Being able to deliver is our culture and to fit in you’ll need to demonstrate the following key attributes**:

- Self-motivated and bring energy to the office.
- Able to quickly grasp new concepts, resourceful and possess divergent thinking.
- Not afraid of presenting to groups.
- Natural communicator who can build rapport quickly both internally and externally.
- Familiar with the Microsoft suite
