**The role**

The Ando Marine Specialist Trading team is motivated and commercially astute. Based in our Auckland office this role will challenge you, leading our New Zealand Marine proposition, exposing you to our international Lloyds based capacity providers and our key broking partners.

Over the last 5 years the portfolio has achieved strong growth whilst delivering profitable underwriting results. Ando Marine is well known and respected in the market for working through even the most challenging opportunities that are presented ensuring that clients know they can rely on Ando Marine when they need us most.
