A role with variety The main purpose of your role will be to greet customers, face-to-face and provide assistance with any of our services, which will include post, and other ad hoc tasks and organising mail in the mailroom.

**Day to day you will**:

- Interact with customers whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,
- Actively promote products and services provided through the outlet,
- Work alongside a team to effectively manage customer issues and complaints
- Keep an eye out for opportunities to improve the way we deliver our services.
- Sorting and organising mail in the mailroom

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will ideally have a background in customer service, retails skills and have a natural ability to work well with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service at all times.

**We will also be looking for**:

- Hours are Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm
- Ability to commit to punctuality and rostered hours,
- Strong verbal and written communication,
- Positive attitude and a proactive nature.
