As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with our clients.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a calm and courteous manner
- Ensure compliance for food safety, MPI, and other Goverment agencies is achieved.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
