Are you passionate about baking and managing a team? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We are seeking a talented and experienced Bakery Manager to lead our bakery department.

As the Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department, including ordering, inventory management, pricing, and sales. You will also be responsible for managing a team of bakers and bakery assistants and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided.

To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of seafood products and a passion for quality and sustainability. You should also have experience managing a team and driving sales in a retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the bakery team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Oversee the production of a wide range of bakery products, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the bakery department.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment to comply with Food Safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the cost-effective operation of the bakery.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Bakery Manager or similar role in a retail or bakery setting.
- Strong knowledge of bakery products and production techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Business acumen with a focus on financial management and profitability.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
