**About the role**

The Service Supervisor (night shift or Day Shift) is a key role to ensure our customers receive their orders in full and on time. You will lead a team of awesome pick packers that have the customer at the forefront of everything they do.

Effectively manage your pick packer reports
- Control the flow of the Service Orders / work at the Packing area
- Circulate around the shop floor and service area on a regular basis to ensure maintenance of stores overall appearance.
- Monitor Department staff to ensure service and productivity levels are maintained
- Take direction from Service Manager, Owner Operator or Store Manager re workflow.
- Communicate back to Service manager, Department Managers and Senior Managers with any issues.
- Ensure start of day procedures are completed as per individual department requirements
- Maintain a safe workplace.
- Deal with Customer / Staff complaints / issues / enquiries as required.

This is a 40 hour per week role.

Approx Hours: Day shift (7am to 3.30pm) and Night shift 5pm to 2.30am)

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous people management a must
- Duty Manager license
- Forklift license required
- Ability to work autonomously in quick paced environment
- Reliable, physically fit as heavy lifting is involved.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
- Full training and support will be provided
