**Your new role**
As a Procurement Officer, you will make sure to maintain the inventory levels whilst keeping landed costs as low as possible. You will be the main point of contact working with our external printing vendors to understand all printing requirements and providing support and guidance to our sales team, to be able to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage stock overseas requirements for vendors assigned whilst ensuring quality standards and customer service levels are maintained
- Assist to monitor and evaluate suppliers’ performance
- Inform Marketing/Product Team of vendor and product issues
- Liaise with relevant departments on forward planning of supplies, delivery dates and any adjustments/modifications to specifications via change proposal process.
- Work with demand planner to ensure most accurate forecast
- Active participant in monthly's meeting
- Inform demand planner immediately of any supplier product issues that may affect supply
- Inform demand planner of overconsumption throughout the month.
- Work effectively with the other team members of the logistics and operations teams to establish integrated supply chain processes and results.
- Procure materials, supplies and services to ensure the organisation operates effectively and efficiently
