**Group Procurement Manager**

Beca is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Group Procurement Manager. This role offers a senior leadership opportunity to be at the forefront of the evolution and optimisation of our procurement function. As a key figure within our corporate team, you will be instrumental in building capability and empowering our business. **Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

This position is dynamic and multi-faceted. Initially, you’ll be leading the development and operationalisation of the procurement strategy, with involvement in the Oracle system implementation. You’ll play a lead role in the design of a Procurement operating model to achieve the procurement vision. With your experience you’ll lead the business to enhance buying power and shift decentralised buying behaviour across the group, moving the business forward to genuine engagement with our centralised procurement function and driving compliance with policy through standardisation of workflows and formalisation of expectations. Your approach to procurement will be based on building relationships as developing strong internal relationships alongside transparency in category management and supplier relationship management is key to the success of this role.
