The **Delivery team** in our **Procurement Department** has an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Procurement Coordinators** to join the team This offering to join us here at Auckland Council is as follows:

- 2x full-time permanent opportunities
- 1x fixed term opportunity
- Direct Source, Open/Closed tenders, end-to-end process for complex sourcing projects.
- Facilitating & Moderating Tender evaluation processes with Stakeholders.
- Providing advice and support to staff and suppliers on procurement processes in council
- Driving sustainable procurement outcomes within all procurement initiatives
- Assisting staff and suppliers with procurement and payment systems

**He kōrero mōu: About you**

To be successful in this role you will need to have 2-5 years’ experience in similar positions, ideally from within large and complex organisations. Knowledge of the local government environment would also be highly advantageous.

We will also be looking for:

- Experience with contracts and complex procurement processes
- Experience working with SAP, SAP Ariba, and the Microsoft Office suite
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- A high standard of time management and an ability to work under pressure.
