**Your new company**
An international non for profit sports organisation Working within the procurement and logistic space.
The companies vision is to raise the overall standard of sport to help promote education, overall community development, team building, health awareness, culture and economic development within the sporting industry.
**Your new role**
- Process procurement of goods, materials and services to ensure that operational needs are met, considering price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.
- Support the enhancement of procurement and logistics frameworks and strategies.
- Process purchases and procurement requests and orders (flight tickets, hotel bookings, equipment order, team needs etc.)
- Support the various departments in developing their annual budget by providing costs analysis and market pricing research for goods and services.
- Creates/confirms transport and logistics order to ensure delivery of the shipment to the final customer.
- Performs booking and booking optimization.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- 2+ years’ experience in the administration or logistics sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Build productive relationships
To be successful you MUST be able to pass a credit history check and a Ministry of Justice Check
