**About the role**:

- Supervise and direct the Billing team, set performance goals, and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure timely billing, minimize revenue leakage, and comply with policies and legislation.
- Identify operational enhancements, drive productivity gains, and implement efficient tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for auditors and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and support optimal revenue goals.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
