Tyler Wren is assisting a Financial Services client of ours with growing their team of advisers across the country. Our client is New Zealand's leading provider of insurance and investment solutions.

In this role as an adviser, you are expected to provide information and advice about the products and services which include risk insurance, investments, general insurance and business insurance.

As a Financial Adviser, you will develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and continuously meet targets. Using your sales background and knowledge, you will be able to identify, meet and bring onboard new clients to the business predominantly risk insurance.

**Other responsibilities**:

- Carry out reviews of all clients to ensure they have the appropriate products and services for their needs
- Acquire and maintain full knowledge of the products and services provided to enable effective sales and cross-sales
- Attend social and networking events to represent the business and enhance its reputation
- Provide mentoring and coaching in the areas of product, industry, and relevant knowledge to other advisers

**About you**:

- Knowledge of the insurance industry and investment products preferred
- 2-5 years of relevant risk insurance industry experience
- Proven experience working in the sales space
- Sound time management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong team working abilities
