**About the role | He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga**

As a Quality Coordinator you will strive to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standard and in a professional manner. You will be a team player working to support the wider quality team in quality control, quality improvement and risk management.
This is a full time role working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Daily management of incidents and complaints across all divisions
- Statistical/data review and graph compilation
- Management of Policy and Procedures, including development of, review process and document control
- Measuring service performance and improvement
- Communication with internal staff, clients, management and field employees
- Providing guidance and support to internal and external staff with regards to H&S
- Participation in the H&S Committee
- Involvement in audit activity

**What you will bring | Nga tohungatanga mo tenei turanga**
- Experience in a similar role or a quality administration role
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Qualification or Experience in the Health sector
- Understanding of H&S requirements
- Experience with managing complaints and incidents
- Ability to write and review policies and procedures
- Understanding of auditing and meeting contractual requirements
