**About the role**:
The HSEQ Assistant will complete the day to day activities such as:

- Execute frequent ISO activities in preparation for annual audits;
- Maintain certifications register;
- Coordinate HSEQ-related training (Health and Safety, Environment, and Quality);
- Ensure the emergency response plan is relevant and implemented;
- Oversee facilities checks and coordinate repairs and maintenance;
- Manage contractors, especially their on-site activities and certifications;
- Conduct staff inductions and refreshers;
- Support Continuous Improvement projects.

**About you**:

- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Kaizen is preferred;
- The ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to engage positively with people at all levels, from shop floor to senior management;
- Producing consistent quality is your strength.
