- **Pay Band: $59,153 pa - $69,592 pa** (depending on qualification, experience, skill and knowledge)

**The Role**:
We are looking for a capable Health & Safety professional to join our team - an Emberite in the making This is a great opportunity for you to grow your career. As the Quality Risk Compliance Coordinator, you will support teams to develop a culture of continuous improvement, health, safety, and risk management.

You will provide support, training and guidance for managers and staff around the quality programme. This will involve monitoring quality improvement at both an administrative and a leadership level. Our team is involved in exciting projects that we would love you to be involved with. This will allow you to learn and gather tools for your health management kete in a supportive and stimulating environment.

We would really welcome a new team member who has knowledge of H&S and Quality systems and wants to work alongside a fantastic team of Emberites (will be able to tell you more at the interview).

**You**:

- Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and procedures and/or be willing to learn.
- Some familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics and/or be willing to learn.
- Computer literate, able to produce good quality documentation to support risk assessments, reporting etc.
- Detail conscious, process orientated and able to demonstrate problem solving skills.
- Good report writing skills and the ability to present accurate information using data.
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety management information systems and/or be willing to learn.
- Certificate in Health and Safety.
- Full New Zealand driver’s license.
- Be self-directed, able to work autonomously but also connect and engage as a team player.
