**We will count on you to**:
**Key** **responsibilities**:

- Assists clients with the development of appropriate investment, strategy, structure and implementation arrangements.
- Attends and actively participates in client meetings, driving discussion on investment issues.
- Acts as a peer reviewer for colleagues and provides leadership of others.
- Contributes to new business proposals and seeks to extend the range of services provided to clients both investment and cross business.
- Contributes to other specialist capabilities.
- Contributes to Mercer’s Investment thought leadership and profile as a generator of leading edge thinking in the institutional investment consulting sector and portfolio management both locally and globally with a particular focus in the Asia-Pacific region, including acting as a QFE Advisor.

**What you need to have**:
**Education**
- Degree qualifications in Finance or a related filed.
- May be studying to obtain the CFA qualification and/or other relevant qualification.

**Experience**
- Broad investment management and/or consulting experience in all areas of investment, and a good understanding of the needs of large institutional investors including multi-manager providers.

**Knowledge & Technical**
- Good technical understanding of investment management and the use of Mercer’s proprietary and licensed analytical tools.
- Superior relationship management, consulting, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of handling difficult and challenging situations and clients.
- Ability to contribute to new business presentations to prospects (desirable).
- Interest in assisting in strategic research projects (desirable).
