**As a Tarocash Area Manager you**:

- Are passionate about menswear and providing an exceptional customer experience to each and every customer, in every store.
- Have multi-site management experience with proven ability to exceed sales and KPI targets both personally and through your store teams.
- Lead by example always and be a role model for the team around you.
- Have the ability to inspire, lead, coach and motivate a high performing team.
- Have the ability to lead from the front and bring to life our company’s culture and values.
- Have outstanding standards for your stores presentation in both sales performance and visual presentation.
- Have excellent time management and the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Can recruit, train and retain a high performing team.
- Are self-motivated, driven, proactive and have the desire to progress your career.
- Are fun, honest, candid and can build strong relationships with all levels in our organisation

**Salary**: $29.90 - $35.00 per hour
