**Your new company**

Urban Hub is a leading provider of flexible and innovative workspace solutions in Wellington CBD. Urban Hub offers a range of products and services to suit the needs of different businesses, from co-working spaces and private offices to meeting rooms and virtual offices.

**Your new role**
- Maximising sales and margin for the different product offerings
- Building and maintaining relationships with brokers and external agents
- Understanding and meeting the needs of tenants and offering them the best products and services
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the site, working with the team to provide excellent customer service and support
- Participating in project work, such as launching new products, spaces, and events, and providing market feedback and insights
- Working with the Business Development Director and the Marketing Team to create and execute local advertising and marketing plans
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and rules, as well as health and safety requirements

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in selling, leasing, or growing businesses in the commercial property or serviced office sector
- Great skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation
- A drive to achieve results
- A focus on meeting customer needs and building relationships
- Knowledge of the local market, competitors, and flexible workspace trends and opportunities
- A passion for innovation and creativity in the workspace industry
