**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Hawkes Bay Fallen Soldiers Memorial Hospital. This position has become available to further support our commitment to delivering high-quality, specialized nursing care within our community. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert clinical leadership, promoting best practices, and supporting patient-centered care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care pathways for patients.

Our department is a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes through specialized care and innovative practices. Located in the heart of Hawkes Bay, our facility provides services to a diverse community, emphasizing collaborative, holistic, and whānau-centered approaches to healthcare.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in a specialized clinical nursing role, ideally at an advanced level
- Strong clinical assessment, planning, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth (mandatory)
