KPS & SK PRIVATE LIMITED, a popular pizza takeaway in New Zealand, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Duty Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

**Position**: Duty Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service and maintain high food quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff performance.

**Requirements**:

- NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent OR At least one year of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
