- We’re now looking for an experienced and motivated **Team Leader** to lead our **Northern Sales Team** based in Auckland. This role is all about driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and maximising revenue across the region.
** About the Role**
- You’ll lead a talented team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional customer service. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, optimising pricing and promotions, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding experiences to our customers and clients.
- Working closely with our Commercial, Operations and Marketing teams, you’ll help shape regional strategy, streamline sales processes, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both performance and profitability.
** What You’ll Do**
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across the Northern region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, clients, and landlords
- Drive business growth through new product development and strategic pricing
- Review and refine sales and administration processes to improve efficiency
- Analyse data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure timely, solutions-focused responses to customer enquiries
