This role is part of our dynamic team working at the heart of GCSB and NZSIS, supporting international strategy and engagement for the agencies.
We work in a caring, highly collaborative environment where the focus will be on ensuring you are able to bring your whole self to the role, and where you will be supported to maximise your individual contributions towards team outcomes.
As a skilled Advisor, you'll provide expert advice on technical aspects of international travel, manage official passport and visa requirements for all staff travelling overseas, as well as facilitating and supporting visa requirements for incoming international staff.

**We're looking for someone who**:

- Has experience providing a high level of executive or administrative support
- Can work with a high degree of autonomy in your areas of responsibility
- Build important connections across both organisations

Day-to-day you'll engage with a wide range of people - excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent customer service is essential.
There will be issues to tackle which require patience and persistence, and we're expecting you'll be someone who enjoys researching the answers and providing accurate advice. You'll have a genuine drive for getting things done and will enjoy working collaboratively to solve problems and be able to maintain attention to detail while completing routine tasks.
You'll also have the opportunity in this role to develop and improve standard operating procedures and explore opportunities for leading or contributing to improvements in systems and processes.
