**Chief Advisor Engagement**

- Combination of strategy and capability development

This is an opportunity to lead the development of a stakeholder engagement strategy and then help develop internal capability.

Key aspects of this contract are:

- Manage the development of the organisation’s strategic approach to engagement.
- Develop a strategic plan for engagement activity.
- Work with a learning and development specialist to develop a capability development plan and the tools required to implement this.
- Mentor and participate in employee training.

You’ll need to have completed IAP2 training and have extensive experience in developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies.

This is an hourly rate contract, based in Wellington with the flexibility to WFH 1-2 days per week. There is also flexibility to work full time or the equivalent of 4 days per week.
