We have a permanent full-time (40 hours per week) opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to provide first level support to a range of customer queries relating to the COVID Data Repository (CDR) and other systems within the public health surveillance architecture stack.
In this role you will be involved in accurately understanding issues, recording, resolving and escalating as appropriate, to ensure customers and clients receive swift resolution to their issues.
You will also interpret user problems and interrogate databases in clair, REDCap and Episurv for potential solutions. You'll also provide inter-departmental collaboration by escalating unresolved issues to appropriate support functions.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A related tertiary qualification in IT support or Laboratory Systems.
- Previous support experience within a service desk or helpdesk environment, providing L1 IT support.
- Experience with configuration of facilities, end users and end user support within clair eOrdering.
- Previous experience with Episurv and REDCap, with familiarity designing and developing forms, generating reports and configuring end users
- Previous experience with SQL Scripting
- Knowledge of the health sector

The salary range for the role is from $59,800 - $72,100, depending on skills and experience.
