**Ko tō tūranga - Your role**:
The Planning Lead owns resource allocation (rostering and real time management) across channels to ensure customer demand is met with optimal utilisation. This role will be responsible for delivering forecasts and modelling, driving improvement and efficiencies as well as managing impact assessments and interlocks.

**Ko tō mahi - What you’ll do**:

- Take the lead on workforce forecasting and modelling to align resourcing with demand;
- Drive improvement and efficiencies through enhanced forecasting, planning, trend analysis and post implementation reviews;
- Ensure flexibility to adjust resourcing in real-time to meet demand/address issues;
- Build deep insight and understanding of drivers of demand, experience and capability and acts as the expert on resource planning;
- Take an OMNI-channel approach to rostering to ensure resources are utilised effectively across channels;
- Use a holistic approach and consider both the customer and employee experience in determining resource management/rostering approach.

- Proven experience in owning resource allocation (rostering and real time management);
- A background in successfully leading a planning and resource management function;
- Experience with contact centre forecasting, scheduling, tooling and platforms;
- Action orientated, who can make decisions and take action in real time;
- Strong understanding of business planning, prioritisation and effective delivery.
