**Job Description**:
Based in our Auckland office, this role will see you leading the NZ Safety, Health, Environment and Wellbeing (SHE&W) function, supporting operational leadership and the Australia and New Zealand SHE&W Director to pragmatically manage SHE&W risks, drive continuous improvement whilst ensuring a strong culture of SHE&W excellence is upheld.

**Qualifications**:
We are seeking a confident and collaborative Health & Safety leader who shares our passion for delivering high quality health, safety, environment & wellbeing initiatives; who can influence and engage with our people and clients, in our offices as well as, in the field. You will be a natural team player who can demonstrate:
+ Relevant tertiary qualification in Safety, Health or Environment

+ Experience or qualifications relating to wellbeing or psychosocial risk management will be highly regarded

+ 10+ years' professional health & safety experience, ideally within a consulting environment

+ Vocational experience or training in incident investigation, systems auditing, return to work coordination, trainer and assessor, ergonomics

+ Experience in developing and/or implementing new health and safety procedures, programs or initiatives

+ Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence at all levels

+ Strong understanding of and experience in implementing safety and environmental risk management principles

+ Proven experience in incident investigation and auditing

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills

+ Fully competent in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook
