Duty Managers are expected to work a minimum of 28 hours a week with a weekly payroll. Hours are rostered on a weekly basis and might include weekend shifts.
Pay Rate: $ 23- $24
**Duties and Responsibilities for Duty Manager**:
1. Control day-to-day operations by scheduling the labour, ordering food and supplying and developing team members.
2. Assist the Store Manager in maintaining the integrity of product.
3. Assist the Store Manager to serve high quality product to customers and ensure good quality of food and 100% customer satisfaction.
4. Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
5. Maintain Pizza Hut's product and services quality as per the set standards including product delivery standards.
6. Ensure national and local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are met.
7. Assist the Store Manager with recruitment, interviewing and hiring of team members, motivate and train team members as required.
8. Negotiate competitive deals with customers for large orders with approval from a manager.
9. Ensure a safe working and customer-friendly environment.
10. Attend and assist in conducting regular staff meetings.
**Duty Manager Requirements**:
1. Relevant qualification (minimum level 8 Hospitality or Business) qualification or minimum 5+ year of work experience in a similar role, full-time, working in the hospitality industry.
2. Numeracy skills and excellent computer literacy are required.
3. Good oral/written communication skills.
4. Full driver's licence without supervisor conditions.
5. Drug test and Medicals required
6. Must be available on Weekends/holidays and on call basis
