At the Christchurch City Council we are driven by our passion for creating a better future. We are looking for a Senior Lead to deliver exceptional service to our citizens and customers across a network of customer touch-points.

You will be given the opportunity to develop your leadership skills through hands on work and responsibilities. You will be providing support to Customer Service Representatives, as well be part of the day to day delivery of our function within a 24/7 Omni channel environment.

With a passion for customer service you will have the ability to work in a self-motivated, enthusiastic and creative way, with the flexibility to respond to changing Council priorities, policies and objectives.

Whilst having a qualification is important, it is your experience within a customer service environment in a large complex organisation as well as proven experience in a supervisory role, partnered with enthusiasm and drive that will see you succeed.

This position will work on a rotating roster and can include weekend and evening work.

**_ Additional Recruitment Information:_**

**_ Salary: $54,541 - $74,597_**

**_ Hours: Full-time permanent based on a rotating roster, including weekend and evenings_**

**_ Location: This role is primarily based at the Christchurch City Council Civic Offices, 53 Hereford Street_**
