The opportunity:
We are embarking on our most significant Information Technology transformation. The Modern Information Programme will achieve strategic objectives by establishing a cohesive source of truth for information and collaboration needs across our Australasian businesses.

The programme encompasses 5 pivotal projects. As the Senior Communications Lead, you will design and deliver communication strategies to ensure everyone at Fulton Hogan is aware and understands the progress of the programme and has the information they need to adopt the change. You will identify, engage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to determine relevant communication requirements for the varied audiences in the organisation. You will develop communications that are in line with Fulton Hogan standards and requirements.

You have the flexibility to travel trans-Tasman.

This is a fixed-term role until July 2027.

In addition to the above, you will:
- Monitor the progress of communication initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful implementation.- Identify and address potential resistance to change, working to mitigate any negative impact on the organisation.- Support the design and delivery of training programmes to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changes.- Responsible for design of programme and operational artifacts.- Responsible for all graphic design needs of the programme.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in marketing communication or journalism.- 5+ years’ experience in a senior communications role.- Strong experience successfully developing communications strategies and programmes to successfully roll out and embed new initiatives within a business.- Experience project managing communication activities- Strong understanding of communication strategies, techniques, and best practices, across traditional and digital communication channels.- Proactive stakeholder management with strong collaborating and influencing skills.- Experience with Waterfall and Agile projects.- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
