Within this context, we’re looking for a Strategic Analytics Partner here in Aotearoa.

As a member of Countdown’s Analytics Leadership, your role is to drive scaleable value from different types of analytics products alongside increasing the analytical literacy of the business stakeholders that will use them.

To achieve this, you have the ability to understand the business challenges of your stakeholders, and work out ways that analytics can support in solving them. You will identify and define high impact, high value, actionable use cases, as well as prioritise and proactively manage incremental value delivery within a specific portfolio leveraging our internal delivery excellence framework.

- Ensure the team is working on the right problems.
- Build out analytics product feature roadmaps
- Defines clear outcomes, problem statements and evaluates impact/value
- Ability to manages expectations and competing priorities with stakeholder groups
- Remove obstacles and blockers for the team.

**About You | Mōu
- Excellence account management and stakeholder engagement
- Excellence workshop facilitation and problem definition.
- Strong experience in delivering analytics initiatives
- Experience leading technical delivery squads
- Champion and advocate of Agile ways of working.
- Familiar with JIRA and Confluence tools
- Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous work environment.
