Supporting the operational delivery of initiatives across the People & Community team, including performance and remuneration, capability development, talent and succession, change management, employment relations, health and safety, wellbeing, and organisation development
- Supporting ways of working that embrace and promote te ao Māori
- Maintaining employment documentation and records, and contributing to regular people reporting
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of our people policies, guidelines and information.

We are a small team of generalists and specialists which means you get the opportunity to be involved in a varied and wide range of work. The salary range for this position is $62,000 - $71,000 + 3% Kiwisaver contribution. Ō'wheako, ō pukenga | About you
- Some end to end recruitment experience or knowledge
- Customer service focus with the ability to build trusted and collaborative relationships
- Sound technology and information management skills
- The ability to juggle and prioritise competing deadlines
- Ability to work through issues in a logical and systematic way, with an eye for process improvement
- Approachable, reliable and have a good dose of crazy
