**The role**

We're excited to welcome a new C&I Billing Specialist team in Hamilton Central. This is your chance to be a part of something big and contribute to New Zealand's sustainable future.
- Responsible for the billing, statementing and set ups of our C&I (Commercial and Industrial) Customers.
- Provide support to our wider C&I Team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, aiming for first call resolution.
- Utilise your problem-solving skills to add value and handle a variety of energy service-related queries.
- Meet productivity and performance metrics in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Our people are our greatest asset and to get you started we provide comprehensive training and on the job support. You would work 40 hours per week with hours rostered Monday to Friday generally between 8am and 5pm.

**About you**:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective professional communication, both spoken and written.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, especially in a contact centre environment is preferred but not essential.
- Computer literate, with the confidence to navigate multiple systems and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Resilient, adaptable and can think on your feet - maintaining a positive and professional attitude in the face of changing circumstances.
- A helpful, approachable nature, focused on resolving customer inquiries in a positive and timely manner.
