Our cloud-based commercial property management software is designed to specifically meet the needs of commercial property owners and property managers and make Commercial Real Estate simple and seamless for all parties.
**Your Role**
The Associate Account Manager is a revenue driving position, supporting a dedicated portfolio of accounts based in the region. You will increase upsell rates by helping our customers strategize to get the most of our additional features and products, along with being responsible for increasing ARR and renewals and upselling our product suite. You will also have a core focus on helping customers to realise the value of growing their Re-Leased product ecosystem to optimize their business.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Identify and communicate opportunities for better servicing our customer base and developing new strategic relationships to generate revenue streams
- Hit or exceed targets through upselling our additional products and features to our biggest customers
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within your region
- Champion the Re-Leased product internally and help educate our team on the value proposition we take to market
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Assist in planning and educating your customer on the best ways to utilize Re-Leased's software or products based on the customer's business needs or business plans
**Your Experience**
- Experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry
- Proven experience as an Associate Account Manager or similar role, delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain complex, technical concepts in simple, easy to understand terms
- Commercial acumen and financial literacy
- An understanding of the Re-Leased product and market within which we operate
