**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Online Home Delivery Agent, you will be required to deliver a customer’s Online shopping order to their home or designated address on the nominated day and time, in a timely, safe manner whilst providing the highest standard of excellent customer service. Some of the key areas for the role will be:

- Supporting the wider Online team in picking and packing orders
- Load and unload deliveries/orders efficiently by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures
- Deliver orders to the correct delivery address efficiently
- Adhere to the food safety, health & safety and compliance policies and guidelines for Online and the store
- Assist in ensuring other departments meet their Online responsibilities as required

**ABOUT THE CANDIDATE**
- Ability to prioritise and multitask to consistently meet deadlines
- Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role
- Valid full, clean Drivers License
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- Comply with our food control plan / health and safety programme
- A “Can Do” Attitude
- Right to work in New Zealand
